XIM introduces 400 NT 100. This bonding primer maintains the bonding characteristics of 400W while an evolved formulation using exempt solvents and resin modifications lowers the VOC content of the product down to 100 g/l. 400W NT 100 primes regular surfaces and hard-too-paint surfaces such as glass, tile, fiberglass, plastics, etc. 400 W NT 100 can be used with all topcoats by allowing it to cure slightly longer for strong solvent coats.
